NolanFit values your privacy. We maintain strict compliance with mobile carrier standards, including A2P 10DLC and Trusted Calling protocols.

Carrier Compliance Statement

No mobile information or phone numbers collected for SMS consent will be shared with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

All other categories of personal data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties.

We only send text messages to users who have explicitly and actively opted in to receive messages from NolanFit. We do not use pre-checked boxes or verbal assumptions for digital marketing consent.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: SMS opt-in data is never shared with any third party for any marketing purpose.
  • Originator Opt-In Exclusion: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from all other data sharing categories.
  • Consent Verification: All SMS recipients have actively and explicitly opted in via a web form with an unchecked consent checkbox.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. A confirmation will be sent immediately.
